We have committed ourselves to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment. One of the important measures of this progress is the annual Professional Equity Index. Under French law, companies have the obligation to publish the result of their Professional Equity Index, which is a score out of 100 points reflecting gender equality in the workplace measured using four indicators.
