Sur la base de nombreuses &eacute;tudes cliniques publi&eacute;es dans des journaux &agrave; comit&eacute; de lecture, la FDA a valid&eacute; que le Cellvizio &eacute;tait indiqu&eacute; pour l&rsquo;imagerie de la microstructure interne des tissus, y compris (mais pas uniquement) l&rsquo;identification des cellules et des vaisseaux et leur organisation ou architecture. L&rsquo;ajout de &laquo; l&rsquo;identification des cellules et des vaisseaux et de leur organisation ou architecture&raquo; du champ d&rsquo;application par rapport aux accords pr&eacute;c&eacute;dents (en gastroent&eacute;rologie , en urologie et en pneumologie au cours d&rsquo;interventions chirurgicales endoscopiques, 1 2 3 laparoscopiques (manuelles et assist&eacute;es par robot), et percutan&eacute;es guid&eacute;es par imagerie) est une &eacute;tape majeure pour l&rsquo;observation microscopique in vivo en temps r&eacute;el.<\/p>\n<p>&laquo; Avec cette nouvelle autorisation, le Cellvizio s&rsquo;affirme comme l&rsquo;unique plateforme de visualisation et d&rsquo;identification au niveau cellulaire et micro-vasculaire lors d&rsquo;une grande vari&eacute;t&eacute; de proc&eacute;dures en endoscopie et en chirurgie &raquo;, d&eacute;clare Sacha Loiseau, Fondateur et Directeur G&eacute;n&eacute;ral de Mauna Kea Technologies. &laquo; Cet accord nous permet de passer de la visualisation &agrave; l&rsquo;identification et nous donne ainsi les moyens de renforcer l&rsquo;adoption par les praticiens et de convaincre les payeurs. &raquo;<\/p>\n<p>Ce nouvel accord r&eacute;glementaire intervient dans le prolongement d&rsquo;un document publi&eacute; par Le Coll&egrave;ge Am&eacute;ricain des Anatomo-pathologistes (CAP) soulignant la valeur potentielle de la microscopie in vivo (IVM). Ce document pr&eacute;cise que &quot;les images d&rsquo;arrangement cellulaire et d&rsquo;architecture tissulaire g&eacute;n&eacute;r&eacute;es par l&rsquo;IVM sont interpr&eacute;tables par les anatomo-pathologistes pour effectuer des diagnostics diff&eacute;rentiels et pour identifier les zones de biopsie, ce qui am&eacute;liore le rendement diagnostique.
