L&rsquo;article, intitule\u0301 &laquo; Structure et distribution d&rsquo;un interstitium non reconnu dans les tissus humains &raquo; a e\u0301te\u0301 publie\u0301 dans la revue Scientific Reports (2018, 8:4947DOI:10,1038\/s41598-018-23062-6) et peut e\u0302tre te\u0301le\u0301charge\u0301 ici : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41598-018-23062-6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41598-018-23062-6<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&laquo; Cellvizio est l&rsquo;unique syste\u0300me d&rsquo;endomicroscopie confocale laser par minisonde dont disposent les praticiens pour une utilisation clinique et les scientifiques pour la recherche &raquo; de\u0301clare Sacha Loiseau, Directeur Ge\u0301ne\u0301ral et Fondateur de Mauna Kea Technologies. &laquo; Cellvizio permet de visualiser directement les tissus a\u0300 l&rsquo;e\u0301chelle cellulaire et de de\u0301tecter des anomalies invisibles avec les techniques standards notamment dans les syste\u0300mes gastrointestinaux, urinaires et pulmonaires. Il est couramment utilise\u0301 par les gastroente\u0301rologues dans des applications cliniques de routine pour leurs patients souffrant de reflux gastro-&oelig;sophagien, d&rsquo;&oelig;sophage de Barrett, de le\u0301sions pre\u0301-cancereuses de l&rsquo;estomac ou d&rsquo;autres pathologies.<\/p>\n<p>Cette e\u0301tude de\u0301montre une fois encore que l&rsquo;observation microscopique des tissus in vivo permet des de\u0301couvertes tre\u0300s importantes conduisant a\u0300 des avance\u0301es majeures dans la compre\u0301hension des tissus et des cancers &raquo;. Cette e\u0301tude visait a\u0300 re\u0301aliser une imagerie histologique en temps re\u0301el, in vivo, des voies biliaires extra- he\u0301patiques en utilisant Cellvizio (pCLE). Cellvizio a permis d&rsquo;identifier des espaces interstitiels remplis de fluide que les techniques histologiques standards n&rsquo;avaient pas permis d&rsquo;identifier jusqu&rsquo;a\u0300 pre\u0301sent. Situe\u0301s sous les muqueuses, ces espaces interstitiels sont filtre\u0301s par les ganglions lymphatiques et soutenus par des faisceaux de collage\u0300ne. Outre les voies biliaires, ces structures ont e\u0301galement e\u0301te\u0301 observe\u0301es dans d&rsquo;autres tissus sous- muqueux, notamment dans l&rsquo;appareil digestif, la vessie, la peau et les poumons. Les auteurs parviennent a\u0300 la conclusion que ce tissu, appele\u0301 l&rsquo;interstitium, pourrait s&rsquo;ave\u0301rer important dans un certain nombre de conditions pathologiques, notamment les me\u0301tastases cance\u0301reuses, les &oelig;de\u0300mes tissulaires et la fibrose.<\/p>\n<p>&laquo; Au de\u0301part, nous avons utilise\u0301 le Cellvizio pour re\u0301aliser une imagerie histologique en temps re\u0301el, in vivo, des voies biliaires extra-he\u0301patiques de patients. Nous avons, alors, re\u0301alise\u0301 que les histopathologies traditionnelles des spe\u0301cimens fixe\u0301s dans le formol n&rsquo;avaient pas permis de connai\u0302tre la vraie nature de nombreux tissus &raquo;, de\u0301clare David L.
