En outre, l&#39;&eacute;tude a montr&eacute; que la NIR-nCLE peut fournir des images facilement interpr&eacute;tables en temps r&eacute;el qui permettent &agrave; l&#39;utilisateur de distinguer avec pr&eacute;cision les tissus canc&eacute;reux et non canc&eacute;reux lors d&#39;une biopsie bronchoscopique, avec une sensibilit&eacute; et une sp&eacute;cificit&eacute; globales de 100% et 92%, respectivement, et des accords inter- et intra-observateurs tr&egrave;s &eacute;lev&eacute;s.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Cette &eacute;tude marque une &eacute;tape importante dans le d&eacute;veloppement de l&#39;endomicroscopie confocale laser par l&#39;aiguille pour son application dans le cancer du poumon.
