- Cellvizio for GI Disease Detection at Georgetown
Doctors at Georgetown University Hospital use Cellvizio, "the world’s smallest flexible microscope to diagnose gastrointestinal and biliary diseases during regular endoscopy procedures so patients can be treated immediately"

The Cellvizio allows simple and direct access to the cornea. The probe can either be hand-held or placed on a fix stand.

ProFlex miniprobes are small enough to be inserted into the eye of a rabbit after a small incision of the sclera. Placed in contact with the retina the probe can acquire images and sequences of vascular or cellular events.
