Head of Product Development

Reporting directly to the CEO, you are at the heart of the strategic development for the company. You are responsible for establishing a long-term roadmap. You know how to animate the company following the different products. You are the boss of development and with your team, you define new products to come and you engage yourself in their development from start to finish. We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, and has fantastic communication and leadership skills – you’ll be an expert at persuasion.

Your mission:

• By collaborating directly with the CEO and the Director of Innovation, you will define the long-term product strategy

• You will define and determine our product vision and lead cross-functional teams to bring products from concept to commercialization

• Using the work of head of products, you consolidate a unique and shared road map

• You will lead the delivery process and success of this road map by managing costs, quality and deadlines.

• You will encourage adherence and anticipate the risks and orientation changes

• You structure, coordinate and lead the product owners team by bringing methodology, coherence, passion and product knowledge

Your profile :

• You have a strong educational background

• You have strong industry experience in managing a product from start to finish, preferably in healthcare

• You have a passion for robotics, artificial intelligence or molecular engineering

• You have fantastic leadership abilities and you are a proven problem solver

• You love a challenge and you want to grow a successful product team as their leader

• You like a start-up atmosphere where ideas bubble and you know how to frame them

• French is a plus
