Clinical Account Associate

Florida Area

Reporting to the VP Sales, you will ensure clinical and procedural support to the existing accounts generating a greater use of our product - Cellvizio.

After a solid training, you will be devoted to provide regular monitoring visits to existing users in your region, while increasing the number of users per site. You will act as the technical and clinical interface between users and our offices.

Key missions 

• Pushing current users to use Cellvizio on more patients and for new applications. This means giving to users all relevant information regarding product usage: clinical, technical, logistics. Procedural support is key to this function.
• Ensuring the installation of systems and first level troubleshooting and maintenance in close collaboration with the customer support department in the US and Paris.
• Performing product upgrades, preventive maintenance and retrieving files related to monitor the usage of installed systems. 

Profile and Experience 

You have a medical or technical degree and are recognized as having strong sales competencies. You have a former experience in sales support functions with direct customer interaction of Medical Consumable products.

Thanks to your strong interpersonal skills and your sense of responsibilities, you have developed a good understanding of the impact of your job on the Company Performance.
